Our TWCT journey began when two Vanguard agents, Koy Stewart and Corey Jiannalone, started hosting open houses together in the wine country. During our time together hosting open houses, the two of us realized that our personalities, professional strengths, and weaknesses complemented each other. Wanting to capitalize on the positive momentum, we began assisting each other with clients and their needs. In the wake of effectively completing a couple of transactions together, it was evident that a real estate team was in the works.
We officially created The Wince Country Team brand and have been providing our clients with positive, honest, and successful real estate services ever since. Having the benefit of two agents’ attention and their experience gives our clients an advantage when buying or selling: investment property, commercial property, residential home, relocating, purchasing a second home in wine country, or just curious about buying a home for the first time. Our 5-star reviews and repeat clientele speaks volumes to the culture we create when working a transaction with our clients.

Koy Stewart has been an active member of his community for 20+ years. He studied mathematics and liberal studies at Sonoma State University and afterward began work as Director of Operations and IT at DeMeo Teen Club “Chop’s”. Passionate about youth development, Koy Stewart has continued to leverage his know-how and experience to exceed his client’s expectations.

When Koy Stewart isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife, golfing, and gaming with his three boys. Koy Stewart lives in Santa Rosa with his wife Melissa and three sons.
