I used Corey Jiannalone to sell my mid-century condo in Palm Springs in October of 2021.
He happened to be on vacation but the sale went smoothly without any issues and was in contract in 5 days. Corey is personable, likable. Having sold my condo so fast while traveling Corey proved to be very competent. I would hire Corey to sell any property again, and look forward to working with him in the future.
Corey sold my townhouse in August of 2021. My home went into contract in 10 days with an offer over asking. He was knowledgable and approachable. Corey had a great intuition on what repairs I needed. He was great with staging and even swapped out a few of my things for his which helped me get my home ready to sell. He organized handymen, painters window washers, house cleaners and movers. I would hire Corey again anytime. Anybody would be lucky to have Corey list their house he brings so much more than sales.

I really enjoyed working with Koy on purchasing a property in Sonoma County not far from the Russian River. He was always ready to answer a call or text and walk me through everything that came up. I highly recommend Koy.
Koy stepped in to assist me with a complicated ‘short sale’ that had been in progress for over 10 months. He quickly got caught up to speed and jumped in to bring the sale to a close within 8 weeks. Koy actively led the transaction working directly with the sellers agent and lender. All issues, even the time sensitive concerns, were handled with confidence and constant reassurance that he had it taken of…and he did! In addition to his professionalism, Koy was there to chat anytime that I had questions and we had some laughs too.
